Compensation Management |
Employee compensation may be set on many different levels depending on operational requirements. Selecting Compensation Management from the View menu displays these levels in the Employee Rates Grid.
The Matrix is the highest level in the compensation hierarchy and overrides standard payroll settings in the Position Master and Employee Master.
The Post is the second highest level and used when payment is based on the position worked.
Earning displays all Earnings associated with the Employee in the Employee Earning Master.
Others displays other rates for uniform allowances, mileage incurred, etc. associated with the Employee in the Others drop-down of the Employee Master.
Base displays the Employee's Regular and Overtime rates from the Payroll tab of the Employee Master.
